Job Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Salesforce platform using OOB configurations and Flows
- Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Write clean, efficient Apex code with Enterprise Patterns
- Implement REST APIs and asynchronous callouts
- Maintain governor limit-aware solutions
- Bridge business needs with technical implementation
- Follow best practices for reusable, low-customization solutions
- Participate in full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment)
- Maintain complex Salesforce orgs and MuleSoft integrations
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong OOP/functional programming knowledge (Apex, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with Salesforce platform features and limits
- Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Salesforce certifications (Preferred):
- Platform Developer I/II
- Platform App Builder
- Architect track
