Core Responsibilities
- Monitor and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and network escalations.
- Monitor network performance using enterprise tools.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and Level 3 support teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational reports.
Technical Requirements
Minimum
- 5–6 years of enterprise networking experience.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, and wireless networking.
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
- Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, NAT, and QoS.
- Experience with SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Cisco DNAC, and Cisco ISE.
Preferred
- Cisco CCNA certification.
- CCNP certification is an added advantage.
- ITIL Foundation knowledge.
- Experience with PRTG, Mist SD-WAN, and Matrix42.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–6 years of networking experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise network technologies.
- Ability to work in rotational and 24×7 support shifts.
